This is WinBiff 3.7 (16-bit), a Windows email notification utility
for Pegasus Mail, Eudora for Windows, Microsoft Mail, Windows
Messaging, cc:Mail, Lotus Notes, Novell GroupWise, FirstMail,
Novell MHS, PC-NFS, UUPC/extended, Waffle, or FSUUCP.  WinBiff also
works as a POP3 and IMAP4 client using WinSock.  WinBiff can display
MIME-encoded headers for Internet mail.

WinBiff is also available in a 32-bit version for Windows 95 and
Windows NT.

WinBiff is shareware.  The .ZIP archive containing the unregistered
version of the software may be freely distributed.
