SMTP_POP
========

Allows the use of Pegasus mail for Windows to be used with an 
Internet Provider who provides mail feed as SMTP on connection
and doesn't provide POP3 facilities (ie Demon Basic Service)

This package allows Pegasus to work with no gateway software
ie WINDIS, WKGATE etc etc..
