The Leadership Forum is an electronic mailing list done in cooperation with the Institue for Christian Leadership. The Leadership Forum is accessible by all major computer networks that provide e-mail to the Internet, including CompuServe, America Online, Prodigy, Delphi and others. The Leadership Forum uses a special program called Majordomo which will automatically resends all e-mail messages it receives to a list of subscribers. Each subscriber sees all the mail that is forwarded by Majordomo which enables discussions to take place with people from all over the world.

The purpose of the Leadership Forum is to help Christian leaders with their various ministries by networking them with other leaders around the globe. These leaders include college fellowship leaders, pastors, lay, worship leaders and others. Problems can be shared and other subscribers of the Leadership Forum can offer solutions, suggestions, comments, or other helpful information. Ideas can be exchanged regarding small groups, evangelism, discipleship, lay mobilization, and other ministries. New computer software, resources, and conferences that are relevant to Christian leadership can be posted to inform leaders what is available to them. Various leadership topics can also be discussed such as:
