Fano fever is increasing, I have noticed many postings
containing announcement of a trip to Fano. The following

You are right, Simo. "Fano Fever" is indeed building.

You asked who is coming this year. I am organizing a group
of about 10 fliers from the USA. Randy Tom and Jose Sainz
>From San Diego will be with us. Many people know of Randy
and Jose's fine applique work and stunning kites. They
seem to take turns (along with Bobbie Stanfield) winning
the Grad Champion trophy from AKA each year. It will be good
to have them in Fano, sharing kites and doing workshops. Their
appearance is sponsored by the Drachen Foundation.

There is still room for a few more people in our Fano group.
The price is anticipated to be about $1450 for ten days, 
including airfare, cars, lodging, AND ferry tickets.

First-come, first-served -- so call me soon! Simo is buying
everyone a first beer!
