The DDG site is automatically copyrighted:

• You can freely copy individual unannotated games and even publish them. I appreciate if you give me a note when you publish DDG games, so that I can update my references.
• You can freely link to the DDG site. I recommend linking only to the DDG home page, because the address of other pages may change: <URL:http://www.funet.fi/pub/doc/games/chess/ddg/>.
• You can copy DDG pages for private use only.
• Notwithstanding the games, you cannot publish DDG pages, not even partly, without my permission.

Note that having a file publicly available on a Web site is considered publishing.
