Step 1: Accept the Export Agreement
You must agree to the terms and conditions in the following Export Notice
and Acknowledgement in order to download a 128-bit version of Outlook 2000.

                          MICROSOFT OUTLOOK 2000

ADDENDUM TO THE MICROSOFT END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY
The Microsoft software component identified above, including any "online" or
electronic documentation (collectively referred to as "Software Component"),
is subject to the terms and conditions of the End-User License Agreement for
Microsoft Software ("EULA"), for Microsoft Outlook 2000 which you licensed
previously from Microsoft, and the terms and conditions of this Addendum. By
installing, copying or otherwise using the Software Component, you agree to
be bound by the terms and conditions described above. If you do not agree to
these terms and conditions, do not install, copy or use the Software
Component; you may, however, return the Software Component to your place of
purchase for a full refund, if applicable. Defined terms used in this
Addendum and not defined herein have the meanings assigned to them in the
applicable EULA.

NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A VALID LICENSE FOR MICROSOFT OUTLOOK 2000, YOU ARE
NOT AUTHORIZED TO INSTALL, COPY OR OTHERWISE USE THE 128-BIT HIGH ENCRYPTION
SOFTWARE COMPONENT.

General: The 128-bit High Encryption Software Component is deemed part of
Microsoft Outlook 2000 ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"), and you are authorized to use the
128-bit High Encryption Software Component under the terms and conditions of
the EULA, except as set forth herein.

Your use of the 128-bit High Encryption Software Component is subject to the
following additional terms: Export Notice - You acknowledge that the 128-bit
High Encryption Software Component is intended for distribution only in the
United States (including Puerto Rico, Guam and all other territories,
dependencies and possessions of the United States) and Canada, and that any
export of the 128-bit High Encryption Software Component from the United States
is regulated under "EI controls" of the Export Administration Regulations
(EAR, 15 CFR 730-744) of the U.S. Commerce Department, Bureau of Export
Administration (BXA). EI controls are the current equivalent of ITAR munitions
export controls that applied to this 128-bit High Encryption Software Component
prior to 1/1/97. EI controls require that you obtain a Commerce export license
prior to any export, transmission or shipment of the 128-bit High Encryption
Software Component to any country, other than Canada, or to any person, entity
or end user subject to U.S. export restrictions. The Commerce export license
process and EI controls are described on BXA's web site at
http://www.bxa.doc.gov/Encryption/.

You agree that you will not directly or indirectly, export or re-export the
128-bit High Encryption Software Component (or portions thereof) to any country,
other than Canada, or to any person, entity or end user subject to U.S. export
restrictions without first obtaining a Commerce Department export license. You
warrant and represent that neither the BXA nor any other U.S. federal agency has
suspended, revoked or denied your export privileges.
