  [TG3]: 5753 support and a bug fix.
  
  Add support for 5753 chips which is mostly just adding
  in the appropriate PCI ids and recognizing that these
  chips do not use GPIO2 for Vaux switching.
  
  Also do not set DMA read water mark on PCI Express.
  In such configurations these bits are reserved.
