Phone--Talk to a online person directlyIP Phone is a real-time full-duplex Internet telephone. It works in internet or intranet environment. The program provides telephone quality, real-time, full-duplex, point to point voice communication over the Internet or other TCP/IP based networks.
IP Phone is both a client and a server program, that is mean you can access anyone with a IP Phone or can be accessed by them.
System Requirement:
Sound card(duplex)
Windows95/98/NT
A static or dynamic IP address
Internet or intranet environment
Install:
1.Download IP Phone(ipphone.zip)(450kb)
2.Create a new path in C or others, like£ºc:\ipphone
3.Unzip ipphone.zip into the new path. It includes:

Usage:
Run phone.exe. You will see a screen like below. At this time,
you can access a IP or accessed by others.
1.IP Address:
This is the IP address that you want to dial.
2.Chat Mode:
Voice:Chat in direct talk mode.(Require a good network speed, Usually
intranet)
Text: Chat in text mode.
Voice+Text: Chat in text mode or delayed talk mode.
3.Dial
Dial to the IP above. You will hear a dial sound.
If the IP is not found, it return "Can't find host !". If the IP is found,
it return "Host is found !" and a message box will pop up on the host that
you dial in.
This function is used to find who is online. The search range is a sub web. For example, if Call Out IP is 127.7.4.48, the search range is 127.7.4.0 to 127.7.4.254.
5.Del:
Delete a call.
6.Speak:
In "Voice" mode, Click "Speak" button to talk directly.
7.Record/Play:
In "Voice/Text" mode, Use "Record" to record your voice, then press "Send" to send out.
Use "Play" to play what you received.
8.Text out:
In "Text" mode, write words in text out area, then press "send" to send out.
9.User Name:
your name, It is used to show that yor are on web.
10.Your IP:
IP address of your computer. It is filled by the program.
11.User name Set
Set Your name that is list on web.
12.Bookmarks Set:
Edit the IP address of your friend.
